This area is surrounding by an ethnic Newari people, that why Newari festivals are famous around the valley. This settlement hilltop village not only supervises the incredible area of Marshyangdi river valley, but it offers great breathtaking views of the Himalayan range, such as Langtang in the east, Dhaulagiri in the west and other popular Himalayan peaks from east to west of Nepal. From nearby hilltop of Bhandipur village, one can get a super view as much as Gorkha to the east and the wonderful Chitwan to the south, this is the best destination for two or three days hiking in the nearby hills.
